1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrossGage ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrossGage is a platform that enables businesses ("Hosts") to create and manage discount code campaigns. The Service allows customers to receive discount codes by providing their contact information and completing verification.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Campaign Hosting

For Hosts/Sponsors:

• You are responsible for the content and legality of your campaigns
• You must have the authority to offer discounts on behalf of your business
• You agree to honor all discount codes issued through the platform
• Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms
• You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws

5. Customer Use

For Customers:

• You must provide accurate contact information
• One discount code per person/per campaign
• Discount codes are subject to the terms of the specific campaign
• Expired codes cannot be redeemed

6. Payment and Billing

• Hosts agree to pay for campaign setup and any additional services
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Platform fees apply to each transaction (as disclosed at checkout)
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Generate fake leads or manipulate the system
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by CrossGage and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

CrossGage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall CrossGage be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrossGage, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
