CrossGage works with a select group of sponsors who are serious about generating qualified leads. To make sure we're the right match, we ask a few questions first.

Minimum engagement: $2,500/month. Most sponsors use that investment to fund a steady stream of verified leads. If that's not your budget right now, we'd still love to connect — but this program isn't for everyone.

What happens after you apply

  1. Application review (1–2 business days). A CrossGage partnerships lead reads your submission, checks coverage for your industry and geography, and confirms the budget is in range for an active campaign.
  2. Discovery call (30 minutes). We walk through your average ticket size, current lead sources, and the partnership density in your trade area so we can give you a realistic projection before any contract.
  3. Managed setup (2–4 weeks). Once you approve, our team builds your sponsor workspace, wires your CRM destination, and turns on campaign funding. Your first leads typically arrive within thirty days of going live.
  4. Ongoing optimization. We monitor lead quality, OTP completion rates, and sponsor acceptance weekly, and adjust offer placement and venue mix as your campaign matures. There are no long lock-ins beyond the initial month.
